Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death.
- Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
- Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
- One-year acute or rehab experience preferred.
- Patient population: Inpatient rehab, COVID, amputation, surgery, stroke patients with lost mobility or fine motor skills.
- Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,500.
