Job Title: 3rd Shift Packer

Utz Brands is seeking a skilled Packer to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Algona, WA. As a Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate computer labels with correct code date information
  • Assemble cardboard and affix labels on boxes for packaging
  • Inspect bags for proper weight, air, integrity, seal graphics, and code dates
  • Responsible for correct number of acceptable bags per case and proper packaging methods
  • Stack finished product on conveyor or pallet per specifications
  • Reworks product as needed
  • Keeps workstation clean and orderly
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience working in a food processing facility preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant pressure of production line environment
  • Must be able to repetitively lift to 12 pounds
