Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Laurels of Norworth. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the care and services provided by our team members, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the care and services provided by our team members, including LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Assess the health and needs of our guests, notifying physicians of changes in status and implementing new orders promptly.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessments, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our guests.
  • Contribute to the development of guest assessments and plans of care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
