Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our team at Buttonwoods Restaurant Group. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, cheerfully, and courteously, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage reservations, take orders, and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist service personnel in clearing and setting tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Notify management of any guest complaints or concerns.
  • Meet or exceed state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.

Requirements:

  • Ability to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sufficient mobility to move and operate in the work area.
