Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Custodial Specialist to join our Environmental Services team.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and safe environment for patient care throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the sanitation and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to disinfect rooms, furniture, fixtures, and supplies.
  • Execute additional housekeeping duties, including moving and arranging furniture, cleaning kitchens, and maintaining floors.
  • Launder linens as required.
  • Ensure adequate supplies are available for cleaning tasks.
  • Properly clean and store all equipment and supplies after each shift.
  • Prepare rooms for meetings and events, arranging necessary equipment and decorations.
  • May assist in stocking supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols consistently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role within a commercial, clinical, or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Basic reading, writing, and communication skills in English are necessary to follow instructions and provide feedback.

Certifications:

  • First Aid, CPR, and de-escalation training are required (training will be provided upon hire).
