About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Expert to join our team. As a Clinical Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting Radiology application problems independently and has a solid foundation of knowledge and skill sets for supported platforms/products and environments that support the Clinical Imaging Space.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Change Healthcare Radiology PACS (Required) as well as 3rd party apps: TeraRecon, Rapid, DynaCAD, and other ancillary Radiology applications. ServiceNow & Google Sheets experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshoot most Radiology application problems independently.
  2. Has a solid foundation of knowledge and skill sets for supported platforms/products and environments that support the Clinical Imaging Space.
  3. Troubleshoot support issues, applications and assists with analyst level escalations.
  4. Performs/assists in application upgrades.
  5. Contributes to the development of project plans, identifies key milestones, and raises critical project issues such as resource needs and contingencies.

Requirements

  • Possesses extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the following application: Priority 1: Change Healthcare Radiology PACS (Required)
  • Experience with 3rd party apps: TeraRecon, Rapid, DynaCAD, and other ancillary Radiology applications.
  • ServiceNow & Google Sheets experience is preferred.
