Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver direct patient care effectively.

  • Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with medical directives.
  • Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
  • Coordinate care plans to ensure effective nursing interventions are executed.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to prioritize patient care.
  • Accept responsibility for nursing interventions and outcomes based on clinical judgment.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives related to patient care delivery.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and manage challenging situations professionally.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
  • Assume leadership roles as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
  • Contribute to educational programs and professional development opportunities.
  • Engage in research and quality improvement projects as supported by the nursing department.

Qualifications
  • No prior experience required, though some experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems and relevant healthcare technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
