Position Overview:

This role is essential in ensuring that our clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks that contribute to a healthy environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all cleaning tasks for facilities using ServiceMaster products and procedures.
  • Perform duties such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash disposal, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and dusting.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  • Secure and unlock facilities, managing security systems as required.

Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning products and their applications.
  • Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive work atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate reliability by being punctual and adhering to uniform standards.
  • Show respect and courtesy towards colleagues and clients.
