Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist with sales and merchandising efforts, including maintaining store displays and promoting products to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the business.
Requirements
  • Guest Service Mentality: Demonstrate a genuine desire to serve customers, with a strong focus on providing excellent service.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Starter: Be a self-starter who is energetic, flexible, and able to work independently for extended periods.
  • Problem-Solving: Maintain a calm and tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and achieve results.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of retail customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and be willing to adapt to changing business needs.
