Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Schedule Grounds Maintenance Team: Oversee the daily activities of the grounds maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and Implement Grounds Maintenance Plans: Create and implement comprehensive grounds maintenance plans to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Manage Grounds Maintenance Budget: Oversee the budget for grounds maintenance, ensuring that all expenses are within approved limits.
  • Train and Evaluate Grounds Maintenance Staff: Provide training and guidance to grounds maintenance staff, evaluating their performance and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety Protocols: Ensure that all grounds maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management Team: Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure that all grounds maintenance activities are aligned with the company's overall facilities management strategy.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Grounds Maintenance: Proven experience in grounds maintenance, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry standards.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of grounds maintenance staff.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Ability to Perform Grounds Maintenance Tasks: Physical ability to perform grounds maintenance tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
