Job Description

Tech USA is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating project design concepts, developing project goals and constraints, and overseeing daily project activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate design concepts through verbal and written communication, hand sketches, and 3D models.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, design criteria, and project budgets.
  • Oversee and direct architectural teams in preparing technical drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor and adjust project progress to ensure it meets the owner's and firm's budget parameters.
  • Exercise knowledge of engineering disciplines to evaluate and coordinate work done by consultants and internal engineering teams.
  • Provide bidding and construction contract administration of architectural elements.

Requirements:

  • First Professional degree in Architecture or other qualifications approved by state architectural board.
  • Registered architect (WV preferred, state of residence minimum), NCARB Certification Preferred with willingness to pursue out-of-state registration(s) as required.
  • 3+ years of experience performing as a registered architect preferred.
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in Autodesk products and other computer-aided design software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
