KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Performance:
  • Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers; assists in selecting merchandise or locating items based on customer preferences.
  • Stays informed about current promotions and pricing; upholds visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintains high standards in product handling, presentation, and loss prevention, following directives from Management.
  • Participates in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store setups and maintenance.

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Embodies and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly.
  • Facilitates a swift and efficient checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies, coupon usage, returns, exchanges, and security protocols.
  • Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
  • Enlists customers in loyalty programs.
  • Develops and nurtures a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
  • Maintains awareness of current product offerings and fit in-store and online.
  • Ensures consistent communication with clients through a customer relationship management system.

Operational Support:
  • Assists in replenishment tasks to keep the store well-stocked.
  • Supports order fulfillment processes.
  • Contributes to visual merchandising efforts, including floor setups, window displays, and signage as directed.
  • Helps maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Team Collaboration and Development:
  • Encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving within the team.
  • Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to adapt to technology used in the workplace.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication with customers, team members, and management.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for this role to meet operational needs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
  • The wage range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00, determined by individual qualifications.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Constant walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of the shift).
