Material Handler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Henderson Products. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and inventory throughout our warehouse and production areas.

• Deliver materials to the correct work centers, departments, or personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
• Pull carts prior to truck build and return parts from carts that have been through the quality control bay.
• Process yellow tags and investigate/resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Handle medium to heavy weights and operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment in the receiving area.
• Assist in shipping, warehouse, or storage locations as required.
• Participate in annual physical inventory and schedule LTL shipments for outbound materials.
• Responsible for outgoing UPS shipments and answer flags on the shop floor.
• Perform back-up duties for all shipping activities, including data entry.
• Process rejected materials through the IRM procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
• Exposure to dust, fumes, and other hazardous materials.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
