Forensic Engineer

A1 Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Forensic Engineer/Architect Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary group, you will collaborate with licensed structural and civil engineers, architects, fire investigators, and building enclosure specialists to conduct property evaluations and forensic investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage forensic investigations, assessments, and expert witness assignments.
• Prepare technical reports, repair documents, and provide expert testimony.
• Mentor and direct production staff for maximum productivity.
• Manage billing processes and meet with clients to coordinate new project opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, fee justifications, and contracts in coordination with leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE), NCARB Registered Architect, or similar industry certification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to climb ladders, work at heights, access crawl spaces, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 + bonus
