Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales excellence, lead by example, and ensure selling standards are met.
  • Associate Development: Train and develop sales associates, provide feedback, and contribute to team selling.
  • Operational Excellence: Control company assets, maintain accuracy and compliance, and ensure store standards are met.
  • Merchandising and Visual: Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, and visually appealing, and maintain current visual direction.
  • Fashion and Styling: Represent the fashion and style of Veronica Beard, stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, and demonstrate a finished fashion look.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years retail store management experience in women's apparel or a related field.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, with Spanish speaking a plus.
  • Strong observation skills, ability to identify and assess customer and employee behavior.
  • Ability to retain and utilize data, including names, merchandise, and policies.
Compensation and Benefits

The base hourly range for this role is between $23.00 and $25.00, with a comprehensive benefits package and a short-term incentive program.
