Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to assist in the installation of Grid-Tied and Off-Grid Renewable Energy Products for Larry M Hamilton dba ALL Save Energy.

This role will involve working with a team to install solar PV, back-up batteries, and generators on residential, commercial, and agricultural sites.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at heights, using ladders, and moving up to 50 pounds. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Trenching and digging for optimal foundation placement
  • Excavation and formwork preparation
  • Cutting and installing steel and aluminum rails for secure panel support
  • Safe roof penetration and sealing
  • Wood framing for sturdy structures
  • Erecting and assembling steel carports for added durability
  • Operational expertise with power tools and equipment specific to the industry
  • Efficient clean up and jobsite organization

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with co-workers to deliver high-quality installations in a professional manner. This role will be supervised and coordinated with other employees.

Salary: $52,500 per year based on experience.
