Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care at Shawneespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Harrison, OH.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient assessments, responding to changes in patient conditions, and overseeing the activities of nursing assistants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing Registered Nurse care, including IV therapy, treatments, and medication administration
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments and responding to changes in patient conditions
- Overseeing the activities of nursing assistants
Requirements include:
- Current Ohio RN certification
- Strong documentation skills and experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
- Instructor-led CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Solid RN work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
- Positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
- Patient, understanding, and compassionate care
