About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Professional to join our team at ABM Industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds to maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as required to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
