San Jose, California, United States PayPal, Inc. Full time

About PayPal

PayPal has been at the forefront of revolutionizing commerce globally for over 25 years, creating innovative experiences that simplify and secure payments for consumers and businesses worldwide.

We operate a massive two-sided network that connects hundreds of millions of merchants and consumers, enabling seamless transactions online or in person. Beyond being a connection to third-party payment networks, we provide proprietary payment solutions accepted by merchants, allowing us to complete payments on our platform on behalf of our customers.

We empower our customers with flexibility, enabling them to purchase and receive payments for goods and services, as well as transfer and withdraw funds. Our systems ensure safe exchanges between consumers and merchants using various funding sources, such as bank accounts, PayPal or Venmo balances, credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrencies, or other stored value products like gift cards.

Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution, providing authorization and settlement capabilities, instant access to funds, and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk.

Our guiding principles, Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness, form the foundation of how we conduct business every day. These values ensure that we work together as one global team, prioritizing our customers' needs while taking care of ourselves, each other, and our communities.
