With an estimated salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year, this role offers a competitive compensation package. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from individuals to businesses, and provide expert guidance on tax preparation and planning.

In this role, you'll conduct thorough tax interviews, prepare accurate tax returns, and generate business growth through upselling and cross-selling products and services. You'll also provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a customer-facing role;
  • Comfortable communicating effectively in person, via phone, and in writing;
