Job Summary:

Riverbrook Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup of food service and assemble trays according to the planned menu and tray tickets.
  • Prepare food according to established recipes and portion sizes.
  • Ensure that all food is served at the correct temperature and is visually appealing.
  • Work collaboratively with the Dietary Manager to ensure that all dietary needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a geriatric or rehabilitative nursing environment.
