Key Responsibilities:
  • Process driver paperwork and assign door numbers for pickup/drop-off using AS400 software.
  • Gain familiarity with the company's yard system to expedite logistics efficiently.
  • Communicate with drivers for arranging pick-ups and drop-offs, and process Bill of Ladings and print tags.
  • Work well under pressure, demonstrating clear and concise verbal communication skills.
  • Be attentive to receiving and sending emails, and maintain good computer skills for long periods.
Requirements:
  • Be able to learn and be proficient in AS400 software.
  • Have good computer skills and be able to read spreadsheets.
  • Be able to work well under pressure and communicate effectively.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Outlook, although training is provided.

This is an evening hours position from 6 pm to 2 am, Monday thru Friday. You will report to work on Monday at 6 pm with your workweek ending at 2 am Saturday morning.
