Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and develop plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Implement and evaluate care according to patient-specific needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members in the delivery of care
- Facilitate patient and family education, complete assessments, and provide chemotherapy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- 2+ years of experience as a Pediatric Oncology Nurse, with a strong foundation in pediatric hematology/oncology
- BSN required, with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification, with PALS certification
- Chemo and APHON certification
