Critical Care Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel nurse to join our team as an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Washington, DC.

About the JobThis is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in Intensive Care Unit settings. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care based on clinical judgment and established nursing standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- One to three years of experience in ICU or critical care settings
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal directions
- Physical abilities to remain stationary, move about, and lift/move equipment (50-100lbs)
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes tax-free stipends, comprehensive benefits, and competitive pay packages.
