What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $18, based on experience.
  • Flexible working hours from 7:30 AM to 4 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for weekend overtime during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize daily installation schedules.
  • Assist in loading and unloading company vehicles.
  • Maintain organization and restocking of products within the warehouse.
  • Conduct inventory counts of all supplies and products.
  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries from suppliers.
  • Deliver products to job sites as required.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept orderly, safe, and clean, including managing waste removal.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift over 75 lbs independently, and in some cases, over 200 lbs as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • General mechanical aptitude, including proficiency with various power and hand tools.
  • Basic understanding of the construction industry.
  • Capability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills for resolving job site installation issues.
  • Valid driver's license with no DUI offenses in background checks (insurance requirement).
