Job Overview

Middle Park Health is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. This strategic financial leader will guide our financial operations and ensure the long-term sustainability of our healthcare services across our rural network.

We provide a range of services in Grand and Jackson County, Colorado, including Emergency and Surgical services, rural health Specialty and Family Practice clinics, an Assisted Living Facility, Wellness Center, and Rehabilitation Services.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement models, payer systems, and rural healthcare challenges. They will also possess strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as experience with capital project financing, particularly in healthcare construction and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial planning for the healthcare system.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency across MPH facilities, optimizing resource allocation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Risk Management & Financial Sustainability: Manage financial risks, including cash flow management, investment decisions, and insurance strategies, to ensure the long-term sustainability of the healthcare system.

Estimated Salary: $180,000/yr + generous sign-on/relocation bonus. This position qualifies for annual performance incentive.
