About You
You'll delight shoppers with everything for extraordinary gift giving, entertaining, and decorating. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, maintaining visual standards, and delivering curbside orders to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and represent World Market brand
  • Stock merchandise according to visual standards and schematics
  • Cashier according to customer service guidelines and register procedures
  • Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization and standards
  • Adhere to all Company loss prevention policy and procedures

Requirements
You'll need a can-do attitude, commitment to contributing to a collaborative culture, and excellent communication and time management skills. One year's experience in retail is preferred but not required. You must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
