Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Design Development: Collaborate with in-house professionals, including architects, designers, engineers, and construction managers, to create comprehensive designs.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed drawings and reports.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet current Title 24, CBC, and local building and fire codes.
  • Client Communication: Represent the company as project contact with client management and end-users, providing clear and effective communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration, creativity, and professional development with team members.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Architect: Must be a licensed architect in California.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of architectural design or project management experience.
  • Skills: Strong skills in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and knowledge of current building codes.
  • Education: BA or BArch or Masters in Architecture from an accredited university.
