Key Objectives

Work Schedule

This position requires weekend availability, with a day off during the week that will vary based on your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in-store with the purchase of spas.
  • Provide support to customers regarding supplies and chemicals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage inventory and maintain the retail section of the warehouse.
  • Organize and store merchandise efficiently in designated areas.
  • Coordinate payment and delivery of spas.
  • Enhance and implement follow-up strategies with both new and existing customers.
  • Oversee product purchasing, stocking, and inventory management.
  • Participate in store marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom.
  • Support offsite events, such as promotional shows.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a minimum of one year of sales experience, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An organized self-starter with strong interpersonal skills is essential for building relationships and networking effectively. Professional communication skills, particularly in persuasion, are necessary to convey product benefits to potential customers. Candidates must be willing to attend sales meetings outside of regular business hours as needed. Strong administrative skills, including time management and attention to detail, are required. The ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs is also necessary.

Additional Information

This role does not have a fixed schedule, and days off will vary. The sales associate will be involved in events and may cover other sales locations as required. Gas reimbursement will be provided as necessary. We seek a candidate who possesses the flexibility that this position demands.
