Job Summary

We are seeking a Per Diem LNA or MNA to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment at RiverWoods Durham.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility and functional nursing care as defined by the nursing care plan.
  • Develop professional relationships with residents, family members, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Assist with assessments and treatment procedures, including vital signs, weights, specimen collection, and skin care.
  • Follow Infection Control guidelines and assist with care protocols, including falls prevention, safety, and elopement.
  • Accept resident assignment and direction from the Nurse Leader.
Qualifications
  • Active NH LNA License
  • Prior experience working directly with senior citizens is strongly preferred
