Position Overview

The Learning Experience is seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to fill the role of Lead Preschool Teacher. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children, creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters their growth and development.

About the Position

You will be responsible for implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child. You will also communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicating regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including paid time off, dental insurance, vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, employee discount, professional development assistance, and more.
