Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Millennium Therapy in Iowa Falls, IA.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist with our company, you will be responsible for providing patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct treatment and consultation to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions.
  • Supervise and train other licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required.
  • Participate in the clinical team process and contribute to the development of clinical programs.
  • Provide teaching and training to caregiver staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and Professional Licensure in the state of hire.
  • Two years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
