Fabrication Specialist

**Job Summary:**

Trillium Staffing is seeking skilled professionals to fill MIG welding positions in a fast-paced fab shop environment. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating, finishing, and assembling equipment and parts used for industrial dryers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform MIG welding tasks on a variety of equipment and parts
• Work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication
• Meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of quality
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

**Requirements:**

• 2 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols
