We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at McCulloh Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment and behavioral support plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Program Development: Design and implement new programs and adjust existing ones based on ongoing assessment and evaluation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including directors, parents, and other support networks, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Training and Supervision: Provide training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with funding sources, clients, and team members regarding client progress and program developments.
Requirements
  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a Master's degree with completed ABA coursework.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) principles.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
