About the Role

Brosnan Risk Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team in the Milwaukee area. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crime Deterrence: Act as a visible deterrent to prevent and detect crime, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Incident Reporting: Notify supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards, and conduct standardized reports that are prompt, professional, and accurate.
  • Removal of Wrongdoers: Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area, embodying and promoting company values while operating as a highly visible deterrent on site.
  • Surveillance and Observation: Conduct daily surveillance activity and submit reports of important occurrences, utilizing excellent surveillance and observation skills.
Requirements
  • Wisconsin Guard Card: Must possess a valid Wisconsin Guard Card.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive one of our vehicles.
  • Surveillance Experience: Must have experience in surveillance systems and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Security Experience: Must have proven experience as a security officer or guard, and be able to stand for long periods.
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation

Competitive hourly rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
