About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Community First Credit Union. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, vehicles, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire alarms, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external members, board members, vendors, and partners by responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of building and installed systems, including plumbing, roofs, drains, and HVAC.
  • Maintain the professional appearance of CFCU property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas by performing tasks such as lawn care, snow removal, and landscaping.
  • Support special events, such as the Fox Cities Marathon, by setting up and tearing down equipment, organizing supplies, and ensuring proper placement of materials.
  • Perform daily tasks, including tool maintenance, equipment checks, and record-keeping, to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; five years of related experience and/or trade school training preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including early mornings and Saturdays, as needed.
