Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Merchandising: Restock and organize shelves, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Cash Handling: Handle morning transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restrooms and outdoor areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in certain states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
