Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assess patient needs and prioritize care based on acuity and urgency.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Less than 2 years of previous emergency care experience preferred.
- CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification required.
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
- PALS - PALS certification required.
- RN - Registered Nurse licensure required.
- ENCP - Emergency Nurse Pediatric certification preferred.
- CEN - Certified Emergency Nurse certification preferred.
- NIHSS - National Stroke Assoc NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred.
