Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for our warehouse operations, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Directly oversee a team of 16 associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, reduce cycle counts, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA and DOT regulations.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in distribution management, supervising 20+ employees in a distribution/warehouse environment.
  • Strong background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management.
  • Previous experience working in a WMS environment is required.
  • Leadership experience in leading and developing a team, mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent interactive communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to different levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer skills, including expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay Range:

$4,124.70 - $9,075.00 (estimated monthly ranges for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles)
