Qualifications:

  • MD/DO degree.
  • Active ID medical license with a clean malpractice history.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care.
  • Familiarity with Athena EMR is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
