Field Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

• Install and maintain TV and Smart Home systems in customers' homes
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and products to provide the best possible solutions to our customers

• Competitive hourly rate of $23.00

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within the individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
• A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standard
• Travel may be required
