Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, following treatment plans prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
- A competitive salary range of $69,800 to $86,500 per year.
- A $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

- One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
- Valid CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
