  • Data Transition: Collaborate with data migration teams to guarantee accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP system, ensuring integrity and security.
  • Risk Mitigation: Recognize potential risks and challenges associated with the ERP project, evaluate their implications, and devise strategies to minimize their impact on project execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Post-Deployment Support: Offer continuous support and troubleshooting for users after the ERP system goes live, ensuring seamless operation and resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in IT or a related field
Prior experience working with finance clients
ERP experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
Excellent communication skills
Experience in user acceptance testing
Familiarity with data migration processes
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the manufacturing sector.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $96K to $130K annually. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including relevant experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
