Job Responsibilities
  • Admit, discharge, and transfer residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy and physicians to ensure accurate medication requisitions and administration.
  • Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Identify and report any abnormal changes in residents' condition to the proper personnel.
Qualifications
  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensure by the State.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Two years of prior nursing experience preferred.
