Job Overview

BAC Enterprises seeks an experienced Maintenance Professional to join our team. This role involves providing efficient maintenance services at designated job sites, ensuring quality assurance standards are met, and performing tasks related to equipment upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all maintenance work according to contract quality and time schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide on-going training to assigned apprentices.
  • Manage supplies and equipment effectively, maintaining established procedures.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls and perform specified tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on maintenance reporting issues.
  • Perform various maintenance tasks, including the use of lifts, ladders, or specialized machinery, and upkeep.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment, supplies, summer services, and perform inspections on quality and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and track electronic data entry for equipment and vehicles.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of facility maintenance or comparable experience is desirable.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires working in an indoor environment without exposure to adverse conditions.
  • Occasional outdoor work may be required.
