Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is currently seeking a Chief Medical Examiner specializing in Post Mortem investigations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience in forensic pathology and will oversee the examination of all unattended and non-natural fatalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational functions of the office, establishing effective policies and performance standards.
  • Supervise deputy chiefs and assistant medical examiners.
  • Conduct and oversee autopsies, ensuring thorough investigations.
  • Review and assess daily case evaluations.
  • Testify in both civil and criminal court cases.
  • Communicate autopsy findings to families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Engage in the education of new forensic pathologists, residents, and fellows.
  • Provide unbiased reviews and consultations on internal cases.
  • Manage the budget and financial oversight of the office.
  • Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
