Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents at Brandon Wilde, a Life Plan Community in Evans, GA. As a RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and exceeding resident expectations.

Job Summary:

* Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident
* Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate resident outcomes to ensure seamless care transitions

Responsibilities:

* Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction, while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment

Requirements:

* Current and valid Georgia RN license
* BLS certification
* Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar environment (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
