Key Details of This Position:

  • No prior Dialysis experience is necessary.
  • Training may occur in a different facility or training clinic than your designated home clinic.
  • Flexibility to float to various clinics during and after training is required.
  • A flexible schedule is essential, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with patients and their families in a close-knit outpatient setting.
  • Join a supportive team that fosters collaboration and positivity.
  • Provide care to patients with diverse co-morbidities, necessitating tailored treatment plans and a wide array of nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise a group of patients with the assistance of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and set up equipment.
  • Engage your intellect, compassion, and skills daily in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may also be considered.
  • While not mandatory, experience in the following areas may be beneficial:
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) settings.
  • Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
