What You'll Be Working On

As a Primary Care Physician at One Medical, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing high-quality care in-office or in testing centers. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.

You'll work closely with our in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to provide comprehensive care that meets the needs of each patient. You'll also have the opportunity to utilize your specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.

As a leader on our team, you'll have the opportunity to supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
  • State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Los Angeles, California. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $217,000 to $230,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include RSUs, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
