Nuvance Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to optimize resource utilization, ensuring the department operates within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing evaluation to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate the efficient distribution of medications to meet patient needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BS with 5 years of acute pharmacy practice experience.
- Licensed RPh in applicable state (NY or CT).
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role, with a preferred PGY1 Residency.
Work Environment:
- Work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive departmental and organizational goals.
